A Few Important Things to Know

Do I still need health insurance?

Yes — we recommend members maintain a health insurance plan (or a health-sharing plan) to cover hospitalizations, specialist care, surgeries, imaging, and other services outside the scope of primary care. Many members pair their Casa De Salud membership with a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) to save money overall.

What about labs and medications?

Lab work is not included in the membership fee, but we have negotiated significantly discounted rates that we pass directly to you — often 50 to 90% less than standard retail pricing. We can also prescribe medications and help you find the most cost-effective options.

What is NOT included?

Specialist visits, hospitalizations, imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT), surgical procedures, and urgent or emergency care outside our clinic are not covered by your membership. These would be billed to your insurance or paid out of pocket.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice.
