Our Services
Patients who enroll in our monthly membership pay a flat rate of $125 each month no matter how often you need to be seen. Priority access for in-person and virtual visits, or send a quick question directly to your doctor without going through multiple levels of other staff first. Members also benefit from low cost cash-pay labs, often saving more than 90% versus insurance negotiated prices.
Prefer to pay per visit? A limited number of individual visit slots are available for a flat rate of $250 for new patients, $200 for follow-up visits.
**Due to federal regulations prohibiting monthly membership charges, any patients with traditional Medicare should choose the single visit option. We are not able to accept any patients with Medicare Advantage plans at this time.
A Few Important Things to Know
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes — we recommend members maintain a health insurance plan (or a health-sharing plan) to cover hospitalizations, specialist care, surgeries, imaging, and other services outside the scope of primary care. Many members pair their Casa De Salud membership with a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) to save money overall.
What about labs and medications?
Lab work is not included in the membership fee, but we have negotiated significantly discounted rates that we pass directly to you — often 50 to 90% less than standard retail pricing. We can also prescribe medications and help you find the most cost-effective options.
What is NOT included?
Specialist visits, hospitalizations, imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT), surgical procedures, and urgent or emergency care outside our clinic are not covered by your membership. These would be billed to your insurance or paid out of pocket.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice.
